My hometown is Red Lake Falls. Yes, there is old iron still around but
it is getting tougher to come by. Especially at a reasonable cost. Yes,
this area is very pretty and fairly accomodating to all. We have "dirt"
farmers and cattle ranchers, we have some lumberjacks, and we even have
some farmers raising Poplar trees for future harvest. We have about
everything a person could want except an abundance of "decent paying"
jobs. Probably like most other areas in that regard. I seem to be richly
blessed with "Farmer's affliction", although I have progressed to the
point where I am in need of an additional storage building for tractors
and machinery. No, not for what I have now, but for the future "new"
acquisitions as I can obtain them.
