[Steam-engine] Stainless vs. Sch 80

In England model stainless steel boilers are uninsurable.  I think, but am
not sure, that their applicable miniature boiler code also forbids them.  In
Australia, also, stainless steel model boilers cannot be certified.

I don't even know if stainless would even make code for steam boilers. Of 
course in your state it wouldn't matter...
