[Farmall] Steering wheel repair

I like to think I did a fairly nice job on my Super M wheel that was not 
only cracked but missing chunks of rubber.

I de-rusted the metal in my electrolytic de-rusting tank and then put 
successive layers of a two-part epoxy called PC-7 in place of the 
missing rubber. After the epoxy hardened completely, I carved it down to 
something near the original shape of the rubber with a coarse rasp. then 
I used a finer half round file to smooth the finish. There was a number 
of suggestions for painting to leave a hard smooth surface ("Landau 
Black Interior Paint" being the most common), but I ended up using some 
Rustoleum black paint for plastics that seems to work OK. I am sure 
there are better paints available.
