[AJD] JD price list for 1939 & 1940???

Dean,
Yes, they did.

Starting only - factory installed 52/41.60, for field installation 58/46.40
Lighting only - factory installed 40/32, for field installation 40/32 (the 
same).

These prices are all for the B, BWH s/n 60000 up.  Oddly no listing for the 
BW or BN is given, but it is for the AW.

Electric lighting outfits (generator type) for s/n 60000 up were still 
available for the B,BN,BW and cost 43.75/35.
