At this web site are listed some help in the  various ways to get around the
long menu options when you place phone calls to the listed companies.

It may help in other ways also.  I had trouble finding a number for Amazon
com and found it was listed and I was able to get a problem resolved. (even
though my call was directed to a young man in India.)
