Yes plastic foam and I believe that in Texas, Florida etc. you don't need
that much insulation but if you have floorheating and needs it you need some
insulation. Exception would be if you have the for free like as I understood
some of you guys uses wasteoil.

Hi Mattias,  that's interesting.  It's pretty much the same as we pour
concrete slabs here (once you translate the millimeters to inches) except
for the insulation.  Are you using foam insulation boards or something else?
