[Farmall] Need some help on F20

As I mentioned the other day, I have my grandfathers '38 F20 back
running again.  As Junior would say "It pushes a little in the corners
but man what a sweet ride!"

 

So I am working now to tie up some loose ends and could use some
help/guidance on the following:

 

I am missing the mechanical connection from the magneto to the control
arm (I have the part at the steering wheel).  I could not find a picture
of this in the manual so not sure what it looks like.  Would think it
might be a simple as a rod bent a right angles at both ends (similar to
one end of the choke rod).  Is this correct?  If not could someone tell
me or send a picture of what this looks like?  If it is that simple, I
could build one easily enough.

 

Also not clear what the radiator cap should look like.  What was on
there was a modified cap similar to the ones used on the side of the
engine block that allows you to look inside.  But the pictures in the
manual suggests that it is a more rounded cap.  Any help here is also
appreciated.  If I had the basic dimensions, I might be to make
something that looks more like the original if I can't find one.

 

Lastly (for now), I understand that these tractors originally came with
a tool box.  Have not been able to find one but again if anyone has
pictures and dimensions, I could probably fashion one that looks
similar.
