[Steam-engine] Wachs boiler update

Guys and Gals..had an exceptionally good day today.  Called the state boiler 
inspector at 8 a.m. and he was here 4 hours later.  Had a nice visit for a 
couple of hours..thanks to ya'll I didn't come across as a total dummy and 
he will be out in a couple days to do the U.T. and map it.  He shows great 
interest in the steam hobby and does attend some shows and ensure's that 
quality control/safety is #1.  Suggested I get the fusible link out, didn't 
bad mouth the lap seam and swags it as a 20 hp..he'll punch in the numbers 
later.  He asked me what kind of pressure I'd like to run in it..and 
naturally I said max..we had a good laugh.  He says 60-80 psi will do 
anything I want to do with it in this hobby.

All in all, a GREAT DAY in "The Big Sky."
PS: His pet peaves are the same as mine..iron leaving Montana and concern 
about the new generation grabbing hold.
