[AT] 350 B engine swap problem

Larry pull the starter and see if the engine can be bared back. It may have 
got oil or something above one or more pistons when being moved around. Or 
starter may have died. I have seen diesels get oil above pistons and bend 
rods when turned over. If that don't work i would try pulling the injectors 
then try turning over may be a good thing to  try first.  JMHO
