Rick,

John T. lives South of Brainerd and North of Staples near a town called Pillager, Minnesota.  Did you leave him a message?  He drives truck for a large construction outfit and can be hard to reach during the day.  I did forward a copy of our email correspondence to his residence, so I would suspect that you will be hearing from him soon.

Thanks Lawrence...he didn't answer his phone today..guess he's in Minnesota 
correct...and I have some friends that go back there every year...what part 
of Minnesota is he in.
