[Steam-engine] boiler for wachs engine

I would like to start on the boiler soon, but probably should get someone 
qualified  to look it over first.  Probably get a good clean on it before 
winter sets in and maybe even try my hand at a LP hydrostatic test.

  Now someone has told me not to sandblast the outside and I can't fathom 
why.  I got the pot blaster
