[AJD] Help identify unknown PTO cover

Here are some pictures of a PTO cover I found in my stash of parts. Don't
know what it is for.  Looks to be a factory product and the cutout looks
factory too. But it's made of much lighter metal than other PTO covers.
Maybe an implement cover?
