500 x 15 4 ply inflated to 28 lbs is the standard size.  5.50 x 16 and 6.50
x 16 are optional. But don't you still have the rims or old tires?

       I am looking at putting a tire order together
and my manuals don't list a front tire size for my B. 
I think it has 5.00 - 15's on it.  Is that correct or
should it have 5.50 - 15 or 5.50 - 16's on it?
