[AT] OT Slightly Tow Truck

I saw this truck on Ebay while looking for something else.  Looks like it 
might make a good tow rig for a goose neck tractor hauling trailer or for 
around the farm.  Interior looks a little rough but not bad for a 94.  It's 
in Iowa.   I don't know anything at all about this truck.  Just passing 
along the Ebay link in case someone is looking for something like this.
