Walt, I agree that I do NOT prefer keyless chucks at all. The picture looked 
like there might be two places for bolts to mount a clamp, but I could be 
wrong. My preference is also for a high quality clamp mounted on the table 
and a regular chuck, but  I am having to look for what I can get at the 
moment. Do you know of any nice American quality drill presses available at 
a poor man's price? Sigh, I fear I am doomed to buy a cheap imported piece 
of junk and have to live with it for a while. That is not what I want 
though.
