[Farmall] Final Drive Needed

You gentlemen are talking about transmissions & final drives for Farmall A's & I have a related question.  Will the rearend (from transmission back) for a Farmall 140 fit on a Super A?  
Have a super A with a bad whine in the backend and found a 140 parts tractor with a good reardend. Any guidance would be appreciated.
