If it's like all the other junk tools they sell it wouldn't be
worth the scrap price of the Chinese iron it took to make it.
Definitely not something I would trust my or someone else's life
to when using it. Like my Dad always says "You get what you 
pay for".

Harbor freight has their 8000 lb winch on sale for $299.00. That's got
to be less than half price of the name brand guys like Warn.  Vely
tempting.
