I do not tolerate theft under any circumstances!  In fact, I have more
respect for a murderer
than I do a thief.  I will gladly do "what ever" it takes to stop both.
With or without the
blessing of society!

To do anything else, such as tolerate it, is the same as promoting it.  It
only gets worse.
