that looks a bit high to me the tractor itself  should be about $1500 to 
$2000 then add the other stuff. A woods used mower is  not worth a whole lot do to 
the fact that they wear out quite fast. 
I paid  $5995 for a 77 Kubota with  bucket and 4 implements for the 3 point. 
with  only 635 hrs. on it. 30 horse diesel. I would look around and try to 
find  something along those lines for a tractor to use for everyday use. If you 
want  one to restore then that's a different story.
