Oops, I've missed at least one!  'How To Restore Your John Deere 
Two-Cylinder Tractor', printed in 2002 may have been his third one.  The 
'Antique Tractor Bible' was printed in 1998.

This might be a good place and time for someone to post all his titles? 
(Hint, hint)
