   Dean,

I am measuring the hood on the pulley side,
with the intrument panel and grills off end of metal
to end of metal.

I was reading in my Model A book last night and
it mentions a lengthening of the wheel base in the
early styled A, but has no mentions of a change in
the hood. I was also hoping to see an example of a
gas only A from that era but they only had al fuel's
pictured.

I would imagine that this hood is from an early
styled gas only A, but my parts book fails to
indentify that there was an all fuel hood and a gas
only hood.

                            Chris
