Lane,
I don't know anything about it.  Here is what I think I know.  The U makes 
it a Utility version of a F-235, which I think is a later derivative of the 
FC.  Engine is the French FC-123.  So I guess you could say it is the French 
equivalent of a 240 Utility.  You need to bid on it to go with your 240Us.
