Dean,

I can fully relate.  Had my wisdom teeth cut out last week. Couple of days 
afterward are kind of a blur. Thank goodness for modern drugs!! Maybe you 
put antifreeze in the battery and that's why it went dead!
Good luck on the mend. Sore choppers are not fun.
