Check the brakes first!
I rember years ago I bought a 1929 D that the farmer told me it was locked 
up in gear, we skidded it up on the trailer
with a comealong and many gallons of sweat!
when we got it home we were getting it ready to pull it off and dad said why 
dont you take the brake off? it rolled down the trailer all by itself!
Boy did I feel dumb! I had not even paid any attention to the brake lever as 
it was froze up! As Pop used to say keep it simple! These JD's were  not 
built  by computer experts, or rocket scientists.
Good luck  AR's are great tractors.
