[Ford-Ferguson] TO-30 camshaft

Thanks for the reply.

I have the shop manual and know what should be there and how it works. If
there are no threads on the end of the camshaft to accept the new nut, then
it can not be installed. Thoughts?

Subject: [Ford-ferguson] TO-30 camshaft

you need a to20/ 30 service manual. I can email you a pic.
to- 20 to 30 35 40 and 50 are same cam, gas, LP, all Z engines.
The big nut is needed and must be new, not used

By the way, it is common for the distributor to lock, and destroy the cam.
It is my belief that all Z distributors should be carefully rebuilt, soon,,
a new cam MUST have new or rebuilt lifters.

I have never seen a diesel in a to 30. the te 20 and to 35 had several
