[AJD] $300 Ebay JD gas cap

I don't know the seller and I am specifically NOT accusing him of this, but
items like this, that go for more than they could ever be worth on their
best day, remind me to mention this:  Watch for shill/push bidding.   The
practice is very common on Ebay - no, let me re-phrase that:  It is VERY,
VERY common....
