[Steam-engine] boiler feedwater injector conection

Water should not be delivered to a boiler at the firebox end. The cold water 
and the hot firebox plate will cause cracks and leaks due to the thermal shock 
of the cold water. Place the injector delivery towards the top of the boiler, 
well away from the firebox. 

Two injectors or one injector and a pump gives you a back up.
