[Steam-engine] boiler feedwater injector conection

Eric the boiler had been fired fore the proceeding 3 days and I think the  
crack was fresh.

I think it took us 15 to 20 minutes to pull the fire, maybe less but it  
seemed like that long.
 
I found the crack at shift change when I did my initial inspection.
 
The operator being relieved had just loaded the fire box before he  left.
