[Steam-engine] boiler feedwater injector conection

Charlie FWIW, the inspector said no welding.  Metal has to be matched, so a 
sample off the boiler would have to go to diagnostics and then the weldolet 
would have to be found with the same properties.

  Why not Tee off the steam outlet, Eric?
