[AT] Cecil Monson

All I can find words to say it that it just breaks my heart.  I spent maybe 
2 hours with Cecil in person.  That was on three trips that he made through 
my area.  I feel like I have known him all of my life.  A fine man indeed 
and I feel proud to have known him.
