It's already been stated many times that "if" the truck driver was DUI /THEN 
he was more at fault.. at least 4 messages have pointed this out.

So.. with your logic.. because he was "stupid".. then he "deserved" to die? 
wow...  so.. do all "stupid" people deserve to die?
Should we stop there?  Any other segment of society not live up to your 
standards of 'deserving' life?
