[AT] JD 301

I have a neighbor that has what he call a JD 301 industrial tractor. he 
uses it to spray evergreen trees and it is to light in the front with 
sprayer on. He would like to purchase weights and mounts for the front of 
it. I looked it over and all i see is two 1 in bolt holes in the front 
frame section is this where they would mount. And he need them on the cheap 
as poverty is rampart around here. Any one know where to get them cheap in 
or shipped to central PA
