I seem to be having a problem with my starter. Even with a new battery, I can only get the engine to turn over about 1/4 turn when I try to start. Push starting is easy, just a slight hill and I can fire it right up. How easy/cheap is it to have one of these starters rebuilt? Can replacements be found? Thanks, -Jerry
