The starter on my TO-35 seems to be going south. The engine is easily push started after a slight roll downhill, but the starter can barely turn the engine 1/4 turn before stopping. This is with a new battery. What is recommended for these starters? Can they be rebuilt easily/cheaply or can replacements be found? -Jerry
