[Steam-engine] Preserving a 10 ton B-S roller

  Howdy all;
  Well we broke the ice with the widow owner and she's not ready to deal 
yet, but said she would appreciate any preservation we could offer.

  So the question is, How do we clean up and preserve this roller?  Probably 
would help to get it out of the dirt.
