[AT] sorta OT JC Penny Penncraft mower

I once owned a 4 HP Penncraft mower from the early 70s and it was made by  
Toro. There was fine print on one of the decals that confirmed that fact. It had 
 a Tecumseh engine that started on the 25th pull every time!
