I had put it on that side because its easier for me to look over my right
shoulder.. but I may switch it when I run my 30 combine... time will tell.
I even thought about getting another one so I have one on both sides...

I just keep going back and looking at that super John Deere 70. I spent
quite a bit of time on one and they are just about my favorite John Deere
tractor. I hope to have one some day. One thing I noticed is the
powr-trol lever on the right side. We never put them on that side. Just
out of curiosity, what side is the most popular? I always get on and off
the tractor on the left. I can't count the number of zippers I ripped out
jumping off that thing only to find my coat had the lever under it!. This
happens doing chores with the heat hauser on. Hurrying to open or close
the gate. I am sure I am not the only one that has done that dumb
trick. I am short, too. So, as you can guess, I usually hung there with
my feet just off the ground.<g> Tough lever, that thing.
