I can't answer your question Matthew, but I am intrested in hearing what
some of the other guys think.  If  they would only double the length that is
threaded it would probably double the applications it can be used for.
I just put a 22R engine togather and some of the timing cover bolts were
missing.  There is only about an 1/8" difference in length in some of those
bolts.  If you are not careful, you will not catch the difference until you
crank it and see the leak.
