[AT] IH b-414 update

Charlie ,  be happy !  Its American , not British .  Before someone flames
me now dont take it wrong ,they're good tractors . But getting parts is a
trip . Sure an IH dealer can get some stuff, but the other guys ,no way .As
soon as they find out its from across the pond ,nope .  I did a 354 for a
church camp. The only one who could get me a rebuild kit was the dealer. And
a carb kit was out of the question .    Ivan
