[Steam-engine] Mesta Blooming Mill Engine at Republic Steel Cleveland Works

I've just recieved word from an employee at ISG Cleveland that the Mesta twin tandem compound reversing engine which had been rumored to still exist has in fact been scrapped.

This leaves the Weirton engine as the last twin tandem compound reversing engine in North America and the largest existing stationary engine.
