Thanks for the information, I appreciate teh effort adn time,

I wont be going down to look at them, maybe someone else on the list will.

I had my 'new to me' cub dropped off by the previous owner on a very rainy
saturday afternoon the weekdend.

I am not he very pround owner of cub 129552 a 1951 Cub with a 48" woods
belly mower, and boy does that thing ever purr like a kitten. the previous
owner rebuilt the carb adn it idle and runs great but you either have to
turn the fule off when done or 'tap' the side of the carb or gass will
slowly start coming out the 'weep' hole, he replaced the float adn pin so he
figures it is rubbing/catching just barely on something.

I can't wait for it to dry out so I can go out and play ( i mean mow)

now I just gotta find a front blade, a fast hitch, a loader, some fast hitch
implements..................
