[AJD] Correct B Manifold description

Dean -

Sorry I've been slow in getting back to you... lots of Holy Week 
activities.  The part number on my manifold is B2179R.  That would 
appear to support the position that B2179R was a valid sub for 
B1786R on the '41 all fuel B's..
