[AT] Pitchforks - new vs. old. > kinda related

In something  Kinda related  -- in a local paper last  week  it read
the Bloomfield Jack-- AKA  the High Lift Jack  is 100yrs old this  week.  
wish I had got to read the article (saw it on the stand )
 
and  the last one I bought was  only $35  same as a   chineese copy that 
didn't have the same grade of steel or  quality of  workmanship  and if memory 
serves me the same price grampa paid  in  1970
