[AJD] Correct B Manifold description

Mike:

I appreciate the offer of help but I'm not sure that would help solve my
dilemma. It might prove that B2179R was a valid substitute for B1786R on the
41 models. Any help at this point is truly appreciated.

I'm not sure it would help you, but I have a '41 all fuel B and will try 
to spot the part number on the manifold if you like.
