[AT] O.T. Computer question

OK guys, I hate to go off topic but I am at my wits end.  All of a sudden my 
PC will not let me have two internet links open at the same time.  If I open 
a link in a new window it will close the original window.  I am using 
Internet exporer.  More specifically to Phil.  I am really frustrated.  I am 
thinking about trying that Mozilla thing.  I know you like it.  How do I get 
it and what is the cost?  Thanks in advance.

P.S.  My brother in law wanted to borrow my chainsaw the other day and while 
I was in the shop I started my B (Tractor referance).
