[AJD] Pulling Steering Wheel

I use a 6' pry bar and a 10 lb. sledge(short handle).  Stand in front of
the tractor with the end of the bar on the back side of the wheel mounting
flange and rap it hard.  Never has failed yet.  kBent a few shafts but
they straighten out.
