Duane:

So much for my memory. It's called a Paddlefish and it's the upper jaw that
protrudes not the bottom. Really weird looking fish. See pictures at:

Duane:

Very helpful. Looks like the 650 is just a later version of the 350 that
came out during the early NG tractor era. I just don't have a single piece
of information on the 350, Operators Manual or Parts Catalog either. I was
able to get a page copied of a 650 Parts catalog at a local dealer and then
was able to buy a 650 OM on ebay.

The Mast Bracket part number for the 350 & 650 is: G625E. One of 16
different Mast Brackets identified so far.

Ugly looking thing. Reminds me of the fish in the Missouri river lakes that
has a protruding lower jaw much, much longer than the upper jaw. Can't
remember the name of the fish. Looks a bit prehistoric. The lower jaw is
used for scooping up food in the river/lake bed mud. @#$%^ Now, I'm going
to have trouble getting to sleep tonight trying to remember the name of that
stupid fish. :-)

Dean,
The 350 is in the JD full line catalog dated 1956. It is a "Three-Point and

Semi-Integral" pto operated rake. It can be adapted to 50-70 tractors with
the No. 800 Series hitch, or the 520-720 series with "Universal 3-point
hitch". Overall width 10', 4-tooth bars, weight of integral version is 625
lbs, semi-integral 730 lbs.

If you have some specific questions I can try to answer them. The 650 rake
is not in this catalog.
Regards,
Duane
