There is a Cat dealer in Honoruru, which is owned by Dillingham Corp. They 
own almost anything over connected to docks, piers, ocean freight and are 
Sob's to deal with.
If your friend doesn't have blue eyes and this sun tan is dark enough they 
might, just might, talk to him.....:)
