[AT] cub with woods mower

I am guessing that you don't have either the PTO pulley or the idler 
pulleys lined up properly. If you go to the Woods website, you can 
download the manual for the mower, or I can send it to you if you 
contact me off-line at <mikesloane at verizon.net). I can also send you 
some images I have of the correct set-up.
