[Steam-engine] Medina Lawsuit Settlements

It seems, that a partial settlement in the Medina case [no pun intended] has
been reached. The judged filed in favor of the  victims of the incident. 32
million iin damages to be paid by the owner's family, his construction
company, the fair board and get this Kunkle valve, who certified the prv.
Four more cases against the family and others have yet to reach the courts.

  Perhaps the explosion was just the tip of the iceburg, seems the fallout
is still,..........errr falling out.
